My fourth year multimedia thesis in the form of a coffee table/DIY book. My love for charcuterie is expressed through original photography and creative writing in this collection of photographs and DIY projects. I aimed to create a book on how to make charcuterie in an affordable and aesthetically pleasing way, and I offered suggestions as to how to make it more than simply a ‘meat and cheese’ duo on the boards. It was a year long process with endless editing and designing involved. I hope this little taste of the book makes you hungry! A few photos from the book are displayed here.
